- I'm Dow Ferguson of Belton, TX, owner of The Lutherie. I have decades of experience in music instrument repair and maintenance, music instrument retail sales, music instruction, and music performance. I hold a degree in classical guitar performance from California State University, Fresno. I also served in the United States military, performing with the 8th U.S. Army Band, the 6th U.S. Army Band, the 2nd Infantry Division U.S. Army Band, and the 2nd Armored Division U.S. Army Band.
